1. Suitable for any type of nut: square, hex, ring, pilot, seal nut, etc.
 

2. Large displays are easy to read at a distance
 

3. Different reference point and data can be set for each channel.
 

4. +Tolerance /-tolerance, or upper limit/lower limit, can be set between -9.99 and +9.99 in increments of 0.01 mm for each reference point.
 

5. Monitor function displays every start-up channel, +/-tolerance, and reference point,  and error codes.
 

6. Current guide pin height is indicated in increments of 0.01 mm in the DATA mode.
 

7. Judge timer can be set between 0 and 999 cycles in increments of 1 cycle.
 

8. Overlapped nuts detecting function (To connect sensor to terminal block directly, commercial sensor
 

9. Input/output terminals for communicating signals between the robot and this product are equipped

Matches two types of nuts!!

This Slide Unit Double Type has two levels of height. A welding machine can be used for two types of nut welding.

Reduces production time to 1/2!!

Vertical movement of the guide pin enables high-speed movement of the workpiece, and reduces production time.

No friction!!

Adoption of high-powered cylinder has reduced friction between the workpiece and the guide pin, and it raises operation rate.

Holder shows excellent cooling effect.

Inner water-cooling system directly cools inside the holder. It reduces wear and tear from the heat from electrodes and spatter adhesion.

Quick guide pin replacement!!

Traveling the whole length of the cylinder, the guide pin is sent from inside the holder.This enables quick guide pin replacements.

Space saving!!

Slim and compact body without water jackets or intermediate adapters allows minimum interference with your workpiece and jig.

Positioning is much easier!!

You don't have to bother with adjustment and positioning at every replacement of electrodes and other parts.

Air blow system!!

Air blow system reduces spatter adhesion to nuts, guide pin, and inside the unit Air-cooling effect reduces the heat of electrodes.
