Suitable for any type of nut: square, hex, ring, pilot, seal nut, etc.
Large displays are easy to read at a distance
Different reference point and data can be set for each channel.
Reference point setting. All you have to do is to press a key.
+Tolerance /-tolerance, or upper limit/lower limit, can be set between -9.99 and +9.99 in increments of 0.01 mm for each reference point.
Monitor function displays every start-up channel, +/-tolerance, and reference point,  and error codes.
Every judgment result (distance from the reference point) is indicated in increments of 0.01 mm.
Current guide pin height is indicated in increments of 0.01 mm in the DATA mode.
Judge timer can be set between 0 and 999 cycles in increments of 1 cycle.

Adoption of high-powered cylinder has reduced friction between the workpiece and theguide pin, and it raises operation rate.

Inner water-cooling system directly cools inside the holder. It reduces wear and tear from the heat from electrodes and spatter adhesion.

Quick guide pin replacement!!

Traveling the whole length of the cylinder, the guide pin is sent from inside the holder. This enables quick guide pin replacements.

Slim and compact body without water jackets or intermediate adapters allows minimum interference with your workpiece and jig.

Positioning is much easier!!

You don't have to bother with adjustment and positioning at every replacement of electrodes and other parts.

Air blow system!!

Air blow system reduces spatter adhesion to nuts, guide pin, and inside the unit Air-cooling effect reduces the heat of electrodes.
