Conventional solid Tips. These tips are widely used for welding where a Cap Tip with Shank does not fit, and for welding narrow workpieces, where you file the Tip down to prevent interference with the workpieces and the jig.

Shoulder Tip

Suitable for welding of narrow places and where interference with workpieces  needs to be avoided.

Mini-Tip

Suitable for use with Mini Power Holder and Gun Holder in welding in narrow spaces where interference with the workpieces must be prevented. Cooling effect of Mini-Tip enables cost reduction, stable welding quality, and higher operation efficiency.

Straight Tip

Straight Tip comes in two sizes (φ12 and φ16)  and 9 shapes.
